Affirmation Meditation for Trauma
This meditation can be done at any time
Trauma meditation
This affirmation meditation can be done at any time but is suggested to do it in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. If you find it too relaxing please do not listen while driving or handling heavy machinery. If your time and focus permits feel the love coming from your heart center. Think of someone or something that brings you love or joy, a person, a place, a pet and repeat the affirmations.
“Bad things do happen, how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have – life itself.” – Walter Anderson
Talk a deep breath and breathe out slowly.
(repeat 3 times)
I am Safe, I feel safe
I have value – I see value in others
I accept who I am, I accept others
I am patient with my healing
I am not alone; my life is abundant
I am not my trauma – I am enough
I see beauty in myself and others
I am healing. I feel the healing.
When I fall down, I bounce back up again.
I am kind to myself. I am kind to others.
Much love and blessings.
